Request an ordinary return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags and packaging, proof of purchase and prior approval. Customers purchase their own return label for ordinary returns. Report damaged, defective or wrong items within 7 calendar days after delivery; approved error returns receive a prepaid label.
